Dr. Nagula
Dr. Diwakar (Diva) Nagula is double board certified in physical medicine and rehabilitation and pain medicine and is also a member and proponent of the American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians. Not only is he qualified and committed to new and holistic treatments for pain management, he’s also a patient himself – giving him a first-hand understanding of exactly what his patients are going through. His specialized training makes him uniquely qualified – but it’s his perspective from the patient’s side of pain that makes him a truly compassionate doctor.
Dr. Nagula received his medical degree from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine, now the nation’s largest medical school. He completed his residency in physical medicine and rehabilitation at Eastern Virginia Medical School and also completed an interventional pain fellowship, receiving his diploma from Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia.
In his spare time, Dr. Nagula enjoys golf, tennis, volleyball, flying airplanes, traveling, kayaking, repelling, para gliding and fine dining.
